A Look into Our History

It all started with courage, an opportunity, and a few skilled Czech hands. This courage and these hands were brought to life by Vítězslav Nádeníček, the founder of NADE s.r.o., at the end of 1989. The mentioned opportunity arose due to the change in economic and business conditions after the Velvet Revolution in 1989.

Before the political shift, Vítězslav Nádeníček worked as a workshop manager and later as the chief master of mechanical manufacturing, which was then part of the prison in Horní Slavkov. At the same time, he used his technical know-how to plan small hydroelectric power plants as a side job.

In the early 1990s, he, along with two colleagues, received a job offer from a Czech railway company – and this was the starting point. The railway industry became the first client of the young company. With the purchase of a house destined for demolition, NADE found its first headquarters, and four presses bought from a junkyard – financed with the last salary – made up the initial equipment. Without the support of his family, great perseverance, and determination, none of this would have been possible.

In 1994, the company employed its first three employees, and by 1997, the number had grown to seven. The company’s growth was organic – parallel to the expanding customer base. A key driving force behind this was the tireless energy of Mr. Nádeníček, who actively approached potential customers with a lot of personal involvement. The miles traveled – initially by train, later by car – added up to several hundred every month.

Vítězslav Nádeníček built a company that today stands on its values and experiences. Without his hard work, creativity, and courage, the continuation of the family tradition would not have been possible. Thanks to him, his daughter, Uta Nádeníčková, was able to take over the family business, further develop it, and actively shape new challenges and opportunities in an increasingly complex world.
